Is the Astronook Kundli accurate?
Yes. Planet positions are computed with a dedicated astronomy engine and checked against Swiss Ephemeris, the reference used by professional astrologers. Across 400 random charts from 1900 to 2050, every planet was within 3 arc-minutes and the ascendant within half an arc-minute, far finer than a nakshatra pada (3°20').
Which ayanamsa and house system do you use?
Vedic tools use the Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa, the Indian government standard, with whole-sign houses as in traditional Parashari astrology. The Find My Zodiac Sign tool also shows your Western (tropical) sun sign.
Do I need the exact time of birth?
For your Sun sign, no. For the ascendant (Lagna), houses and Kundli matching, the time matters: the ascendant changes roughly every two hours, and the Moon changes nakshatra about once a day.
Is my birth data saved?
No. Charts are calculated on request and nothing is stored or linked to you. There is no account to create.
